1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Superhero residency services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the facilities and services of Superhero for personal, non-transferable use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials or services
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the facilities
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Residency Terms
Superhero operates as a hotel residency. All stays are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Residency does not constitute a lease or rental agreement for purposes of establishing tenancy rights.
4. Application Process
All applicants must submit an application for review. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Superhero management. We review applications to ensure cultural fit and maintain the quality of our community network.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance for all stays. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation policies apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Community Standards
All residents must adhere to our Community Rules. Violation of community standards may result in immediate termination of residency without refund. We maintain the right to enforce standards to preserve the quality and safety of our community.
7. Liability
Superhero and its operators shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our facilities or services. Residents use the facilities at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
8. Modifications
Superhero may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
