Our Philosophy
Superhero is a vertical village built on trust, respect, and shared ambition. These rules exist to protect the quality of our community and ensure everyone can do their best work. We're not a hotel—we're a community of builders who support each other.
1. Respect the Space
- Keep shared spaces clean and organized
- Use headphones in common areas
- Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
- Return equipment and furniture to their proper places
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
2. Respect Each Other
- Be kind, inclusive, and professional
- No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
- Respect others' time and focus—avoid unnecessary interruptions
- Keep noise levels reasonable at all times
- Honor people's privacy and personal boundaries
3. Security and Safety
- Do not share access codes or keys with non-residents
- Always lock your room when leaving
- Report suspicious activity to management immediately
- Follow all fire safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Guests must be registered and accompanied at all times
4. Guest Policy
- Overnight guests must be approved in advance
- Maximum of 2 guests per resident at any time
- Residents are responsible for their guests' behavior
- Guests must follow all community rules
- Extended guest stays are not permitted
5. Workspace Etiquette
- Clean up after yourself in shared workspaces
- Don't monopolize meeting rooms—book them in advance
- Respect "do not disturb" signals
- Keep phone calls brief or take them to designated areas
- Share resources fairly with other residents
6. Events and Gatherings
- Private events must be approved by management
- Respect capacity limits for common areas
- Clean up thoroughly after events
- Keep noise levels appropriate for the time of day
- Community events are encouraged—coordinate with management
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Smoking inside the building (designated outdoor areas only)
- Weapons of any kind
- Subletting or unauthorized commercial use of your room
- Activities that disturb other residents or damage property
8. Network Quality
We curate our community carefully. Residents are expected to:
- Be actively building or creating something meaningful
- Contribute positively to the community
- Participate in community events and discussions
- Help maintain the high-agency culture we've built
- Support fellow residents when possible
9. Enforcement
Violations of these rules may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension of privileges
- Immediate termination of residency without refund
- Legal action if necessary
Management has final discretion on all rule interpretations and enforcement decisions.
10. Updates to Rules
These rules may be updated from time to time. Residents will be notified of significant changes. Continued residency constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
